Google Play policy — request account removal

You can request deletion of your Apni Handi account and associated personal data. This page is linked from the app under Profile → Legal & Support → Account delete karein.

What gets deleted

What may be retained

Order history, wallet/ledger entries, and tax records may be kept in anonymised or minimal form as required by law, accounting, or dispute resolution (typically up to 7 years where applicable).

How to request deletion

Option 1 — Email

Send an email from your registered address to support@wapari.online with subject Account Deletion Request and include:

We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

Option 2 — In app

Open Apni Handi → Profile → Account delete karein (opens this page). Follow the email steps above if in-app self-delete is not yet available for your role.
