Apni Handi ("we", "our", "us") operates the Apni Handi mobile application and website apnihandi.wapari.online. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
1. Data we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number, password (stored securely hashed on our servers).
- Delivery addresses: label, street address, GPS coordinates for order delivery.
- Orders & wallet: items ordered, payment method, order status, wallet balance and transaction history.
- Location: when you allow it — to set delivery address, assign nearby franchise/rider, and for rider turn-by-turn navigation during delivery.
- Camera & photos: when you upload profile or product images (franchise partners).
- Device & push: Firebase Cloud Messaging token for order and account notifications.
- Referral: referral ID and link if you share or join via referral.
- Google Sign-In: if you choose Google login, we receive basic profile info from Google per their policies.
2. How we use data
- Process and deliver grocery orders.
- Connect customers, franchise shops, and riders.
- Calculate referral earnings and wallet transactions.
- Send order updates, withdrawal status, and service messages.
- Improve app reliability, security, and support.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with:
- Assigned franchise and rider (name, phone, delivery address) to fulfil orders.
- Firebase/Google (push notifications, Google Sign-In) under their terms.
- Google Maps when you open navigation (handled by Google on your device).
- Law enforcement when required by law.
4. Retention
We keep account and order records while your account is active and as needed for accounting, disputes, and legal requirements. You may request deletion — see Account Deletion.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your device safe.
6. Children
Apni Handi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data by contacting us or using the account deletion page.
