By using the Apni Handi app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Service
Apni Handi is a platform connecting customers with local franchise partners for fresh vegetables, fruits, and related grocery delivery. We facilitate orders; product quality and fulfilment are the responsibility of the assigned franchise and delivery partner, subject to our policies.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One person may hold roles (customer, rider, franchise) as permitted by admin approval.
3. Orders & payments
- Prices shown are as listed by the franchise; mandi rates may change daily.
- Orders may be paid via cash on delivery or in-app wallet where available.
- Cancellation and refund rules follow in-app order status and franchise policy.
4. Wallet & referrals
Wallet balance, referral earnings, and withdrawals are subject to verification, franchise rules, and anti-fraud checks. We may hold or reverse transactions if misuse is suspected.
5. Rider & franchise partners
Riders and franchises must comply with local laws, food handling standards, and Apni Handi operational guidelines. Commission and payout terms are shown in the app.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to disrupt the platform.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Apni Handi is not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order in dispute.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-app or on this page.
